We are in-network with a select number of dental insurance plans but accept most PPO plans. We’ll file claims on your behalf and request that benefits be assigned to our office. Even if we are out-of-network, we’ll help you understand your benefits and maximize your reimbursement.

## Additional Notes
When you join our The Smile Club, you’ll receive two professional cleanings and two exams every year. Regular cleanings and exams are crucial for preventing issues like tooth decay and gum disease. During your exams, we’ll also take X-rays to help us detect any potential problems that may not be visible to the naked eye.

In addition to the cleanings and exams, you’ll also have access to one emergency appointment should you need urgent care. Dental emergencies can be stressful, but with our plan, you can rest easy knowing that we’re here to provide quick and effective treatment when you need it most. You should never put off necessary dental work because you’re afraid of the cost.

Your Smile Club membership includes:
2 Professional Cleanings per year
2 Routine Exams per year
1 Set of X-Rays every 12 months
Fluoride Treatments for children (under 18, once every 6 months)
1 Emergency Exam per year
15% Discount on most dental services — no maximum!
